Do you know any good, easy to make vegetarian meals?
I’m 13 and I want to become (mostly) a vegetarian. I’ve decided, though, that this would be pretty hard to do seeing as how my mom would have to change meal plans for my whole family. Instead, I will try and eat minimal amounts of meat. Does anyone know any tasty vegetarian meals that provide protein and non vegetarians will also enjoy? Thanks!

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of some boiled carrots.
Peel carrots
cut into uniform pieces
cover with water
boil until tender
salt to taste
enjoy their succulent goodness

Hi. You can make lasagna with Quorn mince or some other type of veggie mince. The cheese will provide you with protein. Or you could make a spinach and cheese quiche. Good Luck!
