But you can make fruits and vegetables more prevalent in your life. Just do it! Have a salad. Have a green juice. Have a smoothie. Have a piece of fruit. Have a whole bowl of fruit!

You can try such things as:
* rebounding (jumping on a mini trampoline)
* yoga
* walking
* jogging
* cycling
* aerobics
* jumping jacks
* skipping
* anything to get your body moving, your lungs breathing, & your heart pumping!

Rynn Berry presents at Veggie Pride Parade NYC 2012

Rynn Berry is the historical advisor to the NAVS (North American Vegetarian Society). He has been a featured speaker at five international vegan/vegetarian world congresses, (San Diego, Johnstown, Canada, Scotland, and Germany), and is an annual speaker at Vegetarian Summerfest. In his lectures, articles, and books, he has specialized in the study of vegetarianism from an historical perspective. Rynn was commissioned to write the entry on the history of vegetarianism in America for the Oxford Encyclopedia of American Food and Drink (2005), and he was commissioned to write entries on Fletcherism, Rawfoodism, Veganism, The Influence of Animal Rights on Western Diet, Vegetarianism, and The North American Vegetarian Society for The Oxford Companion to Food and Drink in America (2007).
Rynn is the author of six major books on vegetarianism: The New Vegetarians, Famous Vegetarians, Food for the Gods: Vegetarianism and the World’s Religions, Hitler: Neither Vegetarian Nor Animal Lover, and Becoming Raw: An Essential Guide to Vegan Raw Food Diets (with Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina). His books have been translated into Nepalese, German, Italian, Taiwanese, Chinese, Polish, Bulgarian, Hungarian, inter alia .Every year, Rynn comes out with an all-new Vegan Guide to New York City, which is the first and only exclusively vegetarian guidebook on the planet.

— Enjoy the simplicity of whole, juicy fruits for breakfast! Try to just stick to one variety of fruit for breakfast, if you can. Simple eating is good eating. For the calorie-conscious, the calories in watermelon and other juicy fruits is very, very low…but it is not about cutting calories, it is about eating more of the healthy foods and gaining health! The foods of nature are inherently all low calorie and low fat.

— What is a “Healing Crisis,” or a “Healing Event”? When you eat more cleanly, your body begins to release old toxins that were previously clogged up in your lymphatic system. You may find yourself having to blow your nose or coughing all the time, or on the more extreme end you may have puss come out of the skin, primarily in the locations of your lymph nodes. If you don’t know what is happening, then it can be scary…but now that you know that it is simply part of the process, you can relax! Your body is just getting that stuff out of you as quickly as possible, so give thanks! ;-)

— Nature doesn’t isolate. Nature is whole and pure. She knows what she’s doing! She is infinitely intelligent, and already had it all figured out for us! Have faith in her infinite wisdom. Each fruit and vegetable is a perfectly balanced piece of nature. It is NOT about eating 100% raw. It is about eating 100% HEALTHY. Eat the food that grows off the trees, or out of the ground. It is unfortunately today possible to be 100% raw, but totally unhealthy…for example, if you are basing your diet on heavy raw foods such as nuts, pâtés, dehydrated crackers and other dehydrated foods, raw vegan ice creams and other dessert treats.

Low Fat Salad Dressing Recipes * Carrot Recipes *

Carrot Salad Recipe * Celery Recipes * Tomato Recipes *

Baby Bok Choy Carrot Celery Cilantro
Cauliflower Salad Recipe
with Homemade Tomato Citrus
Healthy Salad Dressing

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
For the SALAD:
— 1 head of Baby Bok Choy
— 1/2 head of Cauliflower, broken into florets
— 2-4 Carrots (unpeeled if organic, or peeled if inorganic)
— 1/2 head of Celery
— 1 bunch of Cilantro

For the DRESSING:
— 2 Tomatoes
— 1 Orange
— 1 Lime
— 1 Avocado
— 2-3 cloves of Garlic

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Using your food processor’s chopper blade attachment, run baby bok choy, cauliflower, carrots, celery & cilantro through your food processor, and then transfer everything to a serving platter. http://FOOD-PROCESSORS.life-regenerator.com

— 2) To make the dressing, roughly chop the tomatoes and throw into your Vita-Mix blender, Vita-Mix, or other high-powered blender of your choice. http://BLENDERS.life-regenerator.com

— 3) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the orange and lime into the Vitamix as well. http://CITRUS-SQUEEZER.life-regenerator.com

— 4) Roughly chop the avocado and toss into your Vitamix along with the garlic cloves.

— 5) Blend until desired consistency is reached.

— 6) Drizzle dressing over salad or offer it on the side…your lunch or dinner is now served; enjoy!

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— If a surgeon wanted to “cut” me right now to get rid of excess fat, I would try going with the raw fruits and vegetables first! Juices would be ideal, but if that isn’t possible, then I would eat whole, living fruits and leafy green salads.

— The electricity and the life force of the fruits and vegetables enliven the body to heal

— This will give one the chance to move further and deeper in the healing, even if not ready for the full on vegetable juicing.

— Even if it is a heavy raw food like coconut cashew cheesecake, if that is how one has to start on the raw food path of healing, then so be it…just absorb the love!

— Do the best you can…always.

— Remember, it is NOT about eating 100% raw. It is about eating 100% HEALTHY…with as much raw fruits and vegetables as possible.

— A good salad dressing makes the raw food diet possible!

Veggie Dip Recipe * Raw Food Weight Loss * Raw Food Diet Menu * Corn Salad Recipe *

❤ 3 Ingredient Vegetable Dip Recipe ❤

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 10-12 cobs of corn
— 2 limes
— 2 large zucchinis (1 green, 1 yellow, if possible)
— OPTIONAL: avocado, hot pepper and/or sea salt (add these ONLY if you really need them)

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Using a bread knife slice the corn off of the cobs & transfer to a food processor. http://FOOD-PROCESSOR.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Using a citrus hand juicer squeeze lime juice over corn & also add any of the optional ingredients, if necessary. http://CITRUS-SQUEEZER.life-regenerator.com
