I decided to try out the raw vegan diet for 30 days and it went great. Now I eat about 60% raw because I found that doing so works better for me. This is a video I made talking about being 100% Raw Vegan for 11 days into my 30 day test.

California Rolls are raw, vegetarian sushi rolls that swap out imitation crab meat for crisp, all-natural vegetables with thin slices of delicate avocado, wrapped in a thin sheet of nori seaweed.
Avocado is what gives California Rolls their name. California produces about 90 percent of the nation’s avocado crop and San Diego County is considered the Avocado Capital of the U.S., producing 60 percent of all the avocados grown in California.
Before she gets rolling with her sushi, Jennifer shows you how to create your ‘mise en place,’ a French culinary term that refers to prepping your ingredients and utensils. She covers basic knife skills in a simple step-by-step process as she slices and dices her way through:

• Avocado

Is it really healthy to turn vegetarian? Here I look at some of the popular excuses vegetarians like to use against meat eaters and omnivorous people. I personally have always been an omnivore, which is how humans were really meant to live. If you want to be a vegetarian, that’s your choice, it’s your right. But I don’t appreciate vegetarians trying to foist their beliefs on me. Just as it is your right to be a vegetarian, it is my right to be an omnivore. And no, before you get started, that is NOT what made me fat in the first place!!
One very popular excuse vegetarians and PETA loves to use against meat eaters is that we raise the CO2 and methane levels in the atmosphere. I explain in here how I do not understand how they came to this conclusion, and besides the obvious why I think it’s a stupid excuse to get people to stop eating meat. But then vegetarians always contradict themselves anyway. There is really NO reasonable excuse to switch to a strictly vegetarian diet. No more than PETA and vegetarian supporters believe there is no reasonable explaination to eating meat. But here, I give a great reason I have, through personal experience, why I eat meat. I don’t want to suffer the same fate as my grandma almost did.

The reason why they aren’t more prevalent in our day to day lives is because the big companies can’t make much money off of something that grows on trees…
But you can make fruits and vegetables more prevalent in your life. Just do it! Have a salad. Have a green juice. Have a smoothie. Have a piece of fruit. Have a whole bowl of fruit!
You can try such things as:
* rebounding (jumping on a mini trampoline)
* yoga
* walking
* jogging
* cycling
* aerobics
* jumping jacks
* skipping
* anything to get your body moving, your lungs breathing, & your heart pumping!
