Sure, you cut out meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy. But you didn’t cut out nutrition!
Remember what mom used to say, “Eat your vegetables! They’re good for you!”
That’s right. I think getting all your essential nutrients is less of a worry for vegans than it is for carnivores.

He was the first to demonstrate that heart disease can indeed be REVERSED with simple optimal nutrition. His contribution to the field are many.
