Grocery Haul! Vegan Foods, October 2011

This week – a grocery haul! These are all the foods I will be eating, along with the various veg etc that I already have from last week’s supermarket trip :) I also throw in some simple recipes. See more recipes at my facebook fan page in the photo albums: http://www.facebook.com/antishayfanpage

The juice fast results: starting weight was 180 lbs, ending weight was 172 lbs – loss of 8 pounds! I’m holding steady at 174 lbs now :) I will NOT be officially weighing in again for at least a month.

Highest weight: 230 lbs
Last Weigh-In: 174 lbs
TOTAL Lost: 56 lbs

Dream goal weight: 155 lbs
