Yeah dude, you should try converting to a vegetarian. I’ll still eat meat, but not most of the time. You don’t need to be a full, hardcore vegan, but you can just try to be a vegetarian man. It’ll help you live longer for sure.

Watch Vegetarian Society of Hawaii experts, Anjie Pham and Ori Ann Li, as they demonstrate a salad, main dish, dessert and a versatile creamy topping at a 4-H Food Show Workshop at the Urban Garden Center in Pearl City, Hawaii, for the Oahu County 4-H Council, CTAHR, University of Hawaii (introduction by Kimberly Lockwood, annual 4-H “Eat Local, Eat Healthy” Food Show Chair). They prepare four recipes: Vegan Red Velvet Cake with Raw Cashew “Cream Cheese”, an African-inspired dish called “Bobotie” and a colorful Brown Rice, Bean and Vegetable Salad. The program also features the secret to making a great vegan pho, as well as tips on starting your own vegan pantry, and saving time and money while preparing healthy and delicious meals using fresh, local and organic foods!
