I drooled over pure2raws protein muffin, so I had to try it! I didn’t have a muffin pan, and well…. see what happened.

1 Scoop Vanilla Neo Cell Protein Powder
2 tablespoon Flax powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 scoop of chia seeds
7 drops of liquid stevia
bake 15 mins at 350 degrees

These are the ingredients I used.

5 chicken breasts
1 whole onion
6 tablespoons of corn starch
6 tablespoons low sodium soysauce (4 in the mixing of the chicken and then 2 in the pan while cooking)
2 teaspoons of ginger
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 cup of water
1 chicken bouillon cube (low sodium)
5 cups of broccoli normandy
