— 1/2 Pineapple
— 2 Bananas, as ripe as you can stand
— 1 Carrot (unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic)
— 2 Young Coconuts (Coconut Water & Coconut Meat)
— Local Fresh Wild Herbs: Lamb’s Quarters & Plantain (do NOT wash the herbs, just brush the obvious specks of dirt off. Our bodies benefit from the microflora and the Vitamin B12 present in whatever dirt is left behind on them)
* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Cut pineapple into chunks, but *cut out and set aside* the core of the pineapple, as this will *not* go into your smoothie.

— 3) Add pineapple chunks, bananas, coconut water and the coconut meat from the young coconuts to your Vita-Mix, or other high-powered blender of your choice. http://bit.ly/GZsuq or http://bit.ly/3OTXD9
— 4) By hand, remove leaves from all the stems of your wild herbs, add them to your Vitamix, and blend until desired consistency is reached.

Also Vegan. 300 Calories. 35g Protein. 45g Carbs. 5g Fat
Here’s the recipe/instructions for you (copy, paste & print:-)
Chick peas
Red kidney beans in a chilli sauce
Butterbeans
Tahini paste
Lemon juice
Crushed garlic
1 small diced onion
80 grams of ground almonds
Salt
Pepper
Ground flaxseed (linseed)
Frozen wee peas
Frozen broccoli
Boil kettle
Turn on oven
Switch on hob
Get your steamer (or just a pot)
Add boiling water from the kettle
Open and drain your beans
Beans in the blender
Add lemon juice,
Hot sauce,
Tahini paste,
4 to 6 cloves of crushed garlic, or whatever you like
Blend
Be careful not to blend all of the beans, aim to keep 25-35%
Empty into a mixing bowl
Add onion…
Ground almonds…
3 rounded tablespoons of ground flaxseed
Mix until dry ingredients are completely mixed in
Add pepper and salt
Mix again
Form into three large balls, or breasts; whichever you prefer
Store the other two in the fridge for the next two days
Weigh approx 80 grams of broccoli & 80 grams of wee peas
Place in steamer (or pot of boiling water)
Place a frying pan on the heat
Use a little oil if you
Place your patty ball/breast in the pan
Flatten into a patty
Shake now and again to stop it from sticking
After approx 3 minutes…
Flip!
Be happy with yourself 
Serve. Sit. Eat. Enjoy

Sometimes in comes in this form: “How do I gain weight on the raw food diet?”
Other times it’s: “Help, I’m loosing weight too fast and I need help!”
Not that bad of an issue to have, but for some this means loosing muscle mass as well (I know, it happened to me).

In veg news, plant-based restaurants are on the rise in the United Kingdom. Gourmet eateries serving animal-free meals have increased by 50% since 2007, with 30 now delighting eager patrons. This information has been provided by Mr. Alex Bourke, the founder of the UK-based Vegetarian Guides publication. In addition, the number of veg dining places has increased from 270, which were listed in the 1998 guide, to 450 in the latest edition. Mr. Bourke attributes the trend to the less expensive cost of veg food compared to non-veg, as well as individuals’ concern about the treatment of animals, protecting the environment, and their health.
