In this video I show you how to make a delicious and healthier variation of lasagna, a vegetable lasagna. It still has that wholesome taste so if you are vegetarian or looking to cut back some on meat, this lasagna is for you.
Yeah dude, you should try converting to a vegetarian. I’ll still eat meat, but not most of the time. You don’t need to be a full, hardcore vegan, but you can just try to be a vegetarian man. It’ll help you live longer for sure.

Stay Healthy Don’t eat meat keep your kids healthy and disease free- do not eat meat it brings too many diseases in your body. you want to live longer stay away from meat. All kind of meat.
VEGAN – For people without an oven, try heating the mix in the bowl in a pan without using pastry (your last step would be at 2:35 minutes). I swear is lovely like that as well! One of my favourite dishes ever =)

Ingredients –
2 potatoes
1 1/2 cups cauliflower
1/4 cup peas
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup yoghurt
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 cup water
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Preparation –
Heat the oil.
Add the cabbage and potatoes .
Fry them.
Add ginger green chillies paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Add yoghurt.
Add tomatoes, peas and vegetables, salt, garam masala and water.
Cook the mixture well.
A relative of the Monkey Puzzle Nut. I’m making a Bunya Nut Curry to go with some Bunya Nut Roti (flat bread). I’m using some of my home-grown produce.
Crunchy Vegetable Nuggets are delicious as a side dish or snack. Easy to prepare using basic ingredients, this is a great recipe to help with kids who are a bit fussy with eating vegetables! Make them smaller and serve as a party snack, or add extra ingredients (bacon, cheese etc) for an even more tasty meal!
