❤ Cauliflower ‘n’ Corn-Stuffed
Collard Green Veggie Wraps +
a YUMMY Peach-Tomato-Avocado-Lime Dip! ❤

This ended up being one of the best recipes
I have ever made on YouTube!!!
The dipping sauce turned out so incredibly good,
that it literally gave me goosebumps.
This sauce has perfect textures,
a perfect taste & a perfect balance.

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
For the FILLING:
— 1 head of Cauliflower, broken into florets
— 4 cobs of Corn, raw

For the DIPPING SAUCE (can also function as a salad dressing recipe!):
— 1-2 Beefsteak Tomatoes
— 1 Avocado
— 1 Peach
— 1 Lime

For the VEGGIE WRAPS:
— 1 bunch of Collard Green leaves (or another dark, leafy green such as Kale)
— Carrots*, Celery Stalks, etc. (if you desire extra veggies for dipping)
*unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) To make the filling, use your food processor’s S-blade attachment to blend the cauliflower florets down to about the consistency of mashed potatoes, then transfer to a bowl.

— 2) Slice the raw corn off of the cobs, and roughly fold into the cauliflower using a mixing spoon.

— 3) To make the dipping sauce, roughly chop the tomatoes, avocado & peach, and toss them into your Vita-Mix blender, or other high-powered blender of your choice. http://bit.ly/GZsuq or http://bit.ly/3OTXD9

— 4) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the lime into the Vitamix as well.

— 5) Blend until the consistency of a thick vegetable dip is reached, and transfer to a bowl.

— 6) Scoop the cauliflower ‘n’ corn filling into the center of the collard green leaves, roll them up into wraps, and serve alongside the YUMMY dipping sauce!

— 7) If you want to include whole vegetables to also enjoy with the dip, then please do so! You could try carrots, celery, etc.

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— Most of the recipes that I prepare every day, I have usually not prepared before! I pretty much just look at what food I have in the fridge and coolers, taking care to notice what items might be soon going bad if they aren’t eaten soon, and then go from there.

— Likewise, when I go grocery shopping I don’t usually have a ‘list’ of items to get unless there is some special occasion or special ingredient that I just have to have. I instead prefer to pick out what fruits and vegetables seem to be the freshest, most vibrant, as well as most local and organic or pesticide-free as possible. I encourage you to try out these methods of shopping and preparing food as well!

— As you’ve probably noticed, all of my recipes can be made in around 10-30 minutes. For my day-to-day eating, I like to keep things simple! I don’t understand a lot of the raw food books, as they seem to make things so complicated! I just want some grub, and I know you and possibly your families do too. ;)

— Also, I like to eat ‘clean’ recipes with little or no salt, with not too many crazy ingredients, and with simply not a great number of ingredients at all. The more simple your eating, the more simple and easy your digestion will be, leaving YOU with extra energy. Not a bad deal. ;)

— On your “raw food diet” or “fruit and vegetable” path of eating, support is the key…along with simplicity and non-judgment.

— I am glad that you are getting healthier! I am glad that I can be of service to you! I’ve never had more fun, nor have I ever felt more passionate about anything in my life than what I’m doing right now by making these videos for you.

— I’ve also never had so much love thrown back at me like this either. I feel this amazing feeling of love, and each and every one of you out there is a blessing in my life.

— We are going to all get more healthy together, and I have a feeling that we’re all just getting started with this. I pledge to you that I’m not going to lose the Dan. I will quit before I lose the love. I’m staying real.

— Please enjoy this recipe, enjoy this community, enjoy this support, and take good care of yourself!

***BONUS RECIPE***
❤ Raw Mashed ‘Potatoes’ ❤
— Using your food processor’s S-blade attachment, blend cauliflower florets in your food processor along with some olive oil, sea salt & brewer’s yeast to taste, until the consistency of mashed potatoes is reached.
— SECRET: This recipe is the trick to getting your kids to regularly consume cauliflower, which is a highly beneficial cruciferous vegetable!

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— Get used to eating a GREATER volume of food. Healthy food like fruits and vegetables are just less calorie dense, plain and simple. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself nibbling on a salad for hours (ok, maybe not that long, but you get the idea!)

— I’m just Dan, a man who is trying to keep things simple for you. There are a lot of complex things out there, so instead of showing you just one tree in the forest and touting it as my own, I instead want to invite you into the raw food forest with me.

— Think of getting the life energy out of the green, leafy vegetables…they are great to alkalize the tissues.

— Think of fruit for energy! Fruit is also fantastic to keep your lymphatic system moving. Grapes are the most detoxifying fruit, by the way. So if you ate something ‘bad’ and/or if you are coming down with a cold, nibble on some grapes to accelerate the detox!

— If you are in pain, or you are just a human who wants to see their potential arise, then try raw foods! Your spirit doesn’t eat, but just like a car you DO need to maintain your body. Believe me, you do not want your body (or your car!) breaking down on you in the middle of your journey.

— Always, always try and use as much organic produce as possible. If you can’t get 100% of your produce organic, aim to at least get the ones where you *eat* the skin in organic varieties. e.g., lettuces, peppers, corn, grapes, berries, apples, etc. Ones you can get by with not getting organic include bananas, avocados, carrots, cucumbers (but please peel the carrots and cucumbers).

— Don’t worry about what others say…if they can’t handle your program, that is their problem, not yours.

— If your soul is a soul that wants to be healthy, then you gotta do what you gotta do for yourself!

— Why? Because being in pain sucks. Being inflamed sucks. Being overweight sucks. Being sick sucks. Being tired sucks.

— Why not this instead? Being healthy is the new sexy. Being healthy is the new cool. Being healthy is hip. Being healthy is right on.

Right? :D

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— It’s really simple, folks…yes, it’s just about fruits and vegetables…and if anyone tells you fruits & veggies are boring, well then you know they haven’t seen the liferegenerator channel, now have they?

— I like to keep my meals simple…and really…just use common sense! But in this day and age apparently common sense isn’t too common. “Fruits & vegetables?! What? Are you out of your mind!?” …but raw fruits and vegetables are simply the best forms of food to feed the cells and tissues of the body…they way that Mother Nature has done it for billions of years.

— Regarding all the salad dressings I do for your guys, many of you probably have never heard of such recipes like this one…but as you’ll see they taste mighty good, and they’ll give you a tasty way to avoid falling back into high fat and/or high sugar store-bought salad dressings, even if they are from a so-called ‘natural’ or ‘healthy’ brand…as many of those are highly addicting, have you noticed? But for the days where you need more fat in your salad dressing, then trying throwing an avocado, or flax oil, or even some nuts in with the other ingredients in your Vitamix & blend.

— As for now, think of eating to live…NOT living in order to eat…and then focus on consuming raw fruits & vegetables because they leave behind the least amount of metabolic wastes in the body, and ‘stick’ to you less. They simply allow you to go about your LIFE in a very unrestricting way…be prepared to have TOO much energy…and be prepared that some of you might get too afraid of all this newfound energy, as you won’t know what to do with it right away. Well, the one thing that you DO NOT want to let happen at that point, is for you to give up! Yes, its quite ironic that many new raw food eaters stop at that point, and they’ll even tell you why with no shame “Yeah, I just had too much energy and nowhere to utilize it!” – UM….WHAT??? Ok, for sure it might take you many days or even weeks to adjust to this extra energy you now have, but why not give yourself a chance in the meantime? ;)

— Aside from all this madness, I still do have one ‘rule’ that I would like each of you to go by: TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF & LOVE YOURSELF! And that’s the kind of change in you that will *really* make me happy…along with you losing weight & getting more fit & becoming more AWAKE & becoming more ALIVE, of course… ;)

— I wanted to share with you a REAL raw food meal, meaning one that is more typical for a REALLY quick and simple raw food dinner. This recipe involves no machines! But I do use a knife…

— The top question type I have been getting has been about LOVE, and mainly in the sense of asking, “How do I get more love?”

— The 2nd top question type I have been getting has been all things related to CORN, yes corn…go figure! So, to ward off in advance any further “So how do you prepare your corn?” type questions, here is the answer if you haven’t figured it out already: I eat my corn 100% raw and unadulterated…not even slightly steamed! ;)

— Regarding love, we are all an infinite field and we just come out of that…but with conditionings brought upon by us by our environments. At each of our cores, we really are all innocent. Just because many of us have been programmed with ‘negative’ and/or ‘ignorant’ things, through no faults of our own, this does not make our inner, innocent selves out to be bad…

— So we REALLY need to love OURSELVES no matter what! Take some time to sit with yourself, be it via meditation, or spending more time alone…and learn to love yourself…just do it! ;-)

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— I feel overtaken by love for all of you! This is a dream come true to be able to share what’s in my heart with you. I almost feel engulfed in the fire of love. I feel so happy!

— There is a difference between stimulated & nervous energy, versus a more chill, but powerful dynamic energy. Dynamic energy is a living, cellular energy that people can pick up on when you walk into a room. It is a more subtle form of energy, like a peaceful illumination of your inner being. CAUTION: As we raise up the inner energy, we may find ourselves having to deal with obstructive energies such as fear, anger and greed (the “welfare” emotions).

— I do like carrots, but on the whole I don’t like to eat too many other root vegetables. I find that if I consume too much of them, that it brings me ‘down’ too far in the earth, for they are very elemental, grounding, rooting…all good qualities for sure, but only in moderation.

— You’ve probably noticed by now that unlike many other raw food chefs or teachers, I do not like to dehydrate anything. Krista and I gave our dehydrator away long ago! However, it was helpful for me when I first went raw as I was able to make some tasty things…but I also simply did not know any better at that time. ;)

— For on the whole, I have observed that consuming dehydrated foods literally dehydrates you and sucks water out of you, as your body looks to replace the water that was taken out of the foods so that it can actually digest them! Also, dehydration leads to inflammation…so if you want to instead be beautiful with nice, vibrant and soft skin, then consume a hydrating diet of high-water fruits and vegetables! By the way, you may find yourself needing to drink less water overall as you’ll be getting so much more water from the fruits and vegetables…this is entirely normal, and puts a whole new spin on the “How much water should I be drinking every day for health?” conundrum…

— On this path of true health that we are all on together, we need to support each other! We need to spread this message of love, truth and unity to everyone, starting with our close friends and family members.
