❤ Mixed Veggie Carrot Cabbage Corn Salad Recipe with
Homemade Healthy Tomato Citrus Salad Dressing ❤
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
For the SALAD:
— 1 head of Cabbage, cut into 4-8 large chunks that can fit through your food processor
— Leftover Salad from Last Night (whatever kind that might be!)
— 4-6 Carrots (unpeeled if organic, or peeled if inorganic)
— 2-4 cobs of Corn
For the DRESSING:
— 5 cloves of Garlic
— 2-4 Tomatoes
— 3 Limes
* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Using your food processor’s chopper blade attachment, run the cabbage through your food processor, followed by last night’s leftover salad, and then transfer everything to a serving bowl or platter.
— 2) Switching to the shredder blade of your food processor, run the carrots through, then toss over the rest of your salad.
— 3) Slice the corn off of the cobs, and then layer over the carrots.
— 4) To make the dressing, roughly chop the tomatoes, and along with the 5 cloves of garlic toss them into your Vita-Mix blender, or other high-powered blender of your choice. http://bit.ly/GZsuq or http://bit.ly/3OTXD9
— 5) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the limes into the Vita Mix as well.
— 6) Blend until desired consistency is reached.
— 7) Drizzle dressing over salad or offer it on the side…your lunch or dinner is now served; enjoy!

— I feel overtaken by love for all of you! This is a dream come true to be able to share what’s in my heart with you. I almost feel engulfed in the fire of love. I feel so happy!
— There is a difference between stimulated & nervous energy, versus a more chill, but powerful dynamic energy. Dynamic energy is a living, cellular energy that people can pick up on when you walk into a room. It is a more subtle form of energy, like a peaceful illumination of your inner being. CAUTION: As we raise up the inner energy, we may find ourselves having to deal with obstructive energies such as fear, anger and greed (the “welfare” emotions).
— I do like carrots, but on the whole I don’t like to eat too many other root vegetables. I find that if I consume too much of them, that it brings me ‘down’ too far in the earth, for they are very elemental, grounding, rooting…all good qualities for sure, but only in moderation.
— You’ve probably noticed by now that unlike many other raw food chefs or teachers, I do not like to dehydrate anything. Krista and I gave our dehydrator away long ago! However, it was helpful for me when I first went raw as I was able to make some tasty things…but I also simply did not know any better at that time.
— For on the whole, I have observed that consuming dehydrated foods literally dehydrates you and sucks water out of you, as your body looks to replace the water that was taken out of the foods so that it can actually digest them! Also, dehydration leads to inflammation…so if you want to instead be beautiful with nice, vibrant and soft skin, then consume a hydrating diet of high-water fruits and vegetables! By the way, you may find yourself needing to drink less water overall as you’ll be getting so much more water from the fruits and vegetables…this is entirely normal, and puts a whole new spin on the “How much water should I be drinking every day for health?” conundrum…
— On this path of true health that we are all on together, we need to support each other! We need to spread this message of love, truth and unity to everyone, starting with our close friends and family members.

*** Motivation & Inspiration ***
You can make the raw food diet work for you. Take some time! Be patient with yourself! You CAN do this.
Fruits & Herbs are the simple foundation of your program…isn’t it amazing how SIMPLE true health is?
I want *you* to be thin, trim, fit, vibrant and vital!
Humans are simply NOT true carnivores. So in a healing modality, there is no place for eating meat. If anyone asks you “where do you get your protein?” tell them that not even an elephant needs to eat meat in order to get as big as they do, so neither do you! We do NOT need as much protein as what is commonly believed…
It isn’t the fruit and herbs that are doing the healing of your body…YOU are…but the fruits and herbs allow you to get out of your body’s own way.
Tissue regeneration is achieved through the alkalization and detoxification process.
The medical doctors are looking for some magic bullet outside of the body, but…the infinite consciousness is inside the body already!

Tossed Salad Recipe made with Mixed Veggies
plus a delicious Low Calorie Salad Dressing Recipe
❤
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
For the DRESSING:
— 3 Tomatoes
— 1-2 Oranges
— 1 Avocado
— 2 cloves of Garlic
For the SALAD:
— 1 head of Romaine Lettuce
— 2 Red Peppers
— 2-4 Carrots (unpeeled if organic, or peeled if inorganic)
— 1-2 Cucumbers (unpeeled if organic, or peeled if inorganic)
* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) To make the dressing, roughly chop the tomatoes, and toss into your Vita-Mix blender, or other high-powered blender of your choice. http://bit.ly/GZsuq or http://bit.ly/3OTXD9
— 2) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the orange into the Vitamix as well.
— 3) Roughly chop the avocado and toss into your Vitamix along with the 2 cloves of garlic, and blend until desired consistency is reached.
— 4) Roughly slice the romaine lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and toss into a serving bowl. Or, another method is to tear the leaves by hand into smaller pieces. (OR, you could even serve the leaves whole and intact and serve with the dressing as a dip!)
— 5) Cut the centers out of the red peppers, then slice the red peppers, carrots & cucumbers all into bite-sized chunks, and add to your salad.
— 6) Drizzle dressing over salad or offer it on the side…your lunch or dinner is now served; enjoy!
* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— I am not anti- superfood or anti- supplement, I just find that I don’t need them that much. I personally prefer the “spacious” foods…fruits and vegetables.
— I feel good on a low fat raw vegan diet! But I don’t prescribe to any diet with any religious fervor…I still listen to my body. For example, in the winter I find that I need more fat to stay warm…e.g., nuts. When you do eat nuts, try to only buy ones that still have the shells on them, so that you eat them more slowly…and hence don’t overeat.
— If you fill yourself up on a nice healthy, delicious, *simple* and filling salad every day, you can’t really go wrong!

❤ A Raw Vegan After-Workout Protein Juice ❤
~ not too sweet, not too tart & not too green! ~

— 1 bunch Parsley
— 1 head of Fennel
— 1 bunch of Asparagus
— 1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
— 1 Beet
— 1 Lemon (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
— 2 Apples
* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW
— 2) Add ice, if desired
— 3) Enjoy!
* I n s p i r a t i o n *
— After a hard workout, it is always beneficial to replenish the cells with a green juice full of amino acids to replenish the body with the building blocks it needs to build strong, healthy muscle.
— Parsley is great for the kidneys, adrenals and keeps the breath nice and fresh. It also strengthens and sweetens the bodily fluids.
— Fennel is also excellent in sweetening all bodily fluids, and opening up the lungs.
— Asparagus is great for cleaning out the kidneys, it is loaded with amino acids, and it keeps the blood alkaline so you can stay healthy and fit!
— Cucumbers are also great in flushing the kidneys and keeping you hydrated on a hot day (or any day!)
— Beets are excellent in keeping the liver clean, and to build strong blood.
— Lemons pull toxins out of the body, expand and open the lymphatic system and detoxifies the body by pulling mucus and toxins out of the body with its astringent properties. Lemon is the ONLY citrus fruit that I juice the peel (but only if its an organic lemon, of course).
❤ WHAT IS RAW VEGAN FOOD?
HOW CAN IT BENEFIT MY LIFE? ❤
— To put it simply, raw vegan food is fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts and seeds. I believe that these are meant to be man’s foods, because all the other kinds of foods, like cooked, animal and processed foods, tend to leave too much metabolic wastes behind in the body, which clog the lymphatic system, and can lead to inflammation, obstructions and ultimately disease.
— I am here to help you remove the obstructions in your body so that you can live a healthy, happy vibrant life. I personally find the easiest way to do this is to eat 100% raw vegan foods. I don’t necessarily have anything against the other foods, I have just found them to more likely clog up my system. Experiment for yourself and see!
— Another reason why I choose to eat 100% raw vegan foods is because I have witnessed others heal themselves of various diseases and ailments, such as my friend Dave the Raw Food Trucker, who healed himself of type II diabetes in just 4 days and stage IV colon cancer, not to mention also losing close to 200 pounds of excess weight in the process.
— Raw vegan foods, especially fruits, help to energize the cells. The vegetables help more with the healing, as they are good to alkalize the tissues and allow your body to heal itself.
— In addition to consuming more raw fruits and vegetables, aim to remove the obstructive foods such as: breads, cakes, cookies, candy, meat, complex carbs, dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream.
— Even though I personally never had to heal myself of cancer and diabetes, before I discovered raw foods, I had spent most of my life addicted to drugs and alcohol and spent many years living on the streets. Today I am 100% sober, and I owe it all to raw foods!
— So, if you want to have a NATURAL high, get on 100% raw vegan foods and experience the raised energy in your body. You may have to process some intense emotions throughout this process that you previously had bottled up inside, but just keep moving forward.
— I want to thank RAW LOVE UK,
who asked me to do this video for them!
Malachi, the raw food chef…thank you!
And keep up the good work!
