    @migustatu they both have their benefits. it’s usually good to change things up for variety, but if you can’t do buckwheat then try rice, quinoa, etc… try a latte with almond milk :)

    I usually make something similar except instead of using buckwheat, I use oats. Is buckwheat better for you than oats? I try to avoid buckwheat because my blood type is B, and anything wheat, buckwheat or rye I have an intolerance towards. I use to love drinking chai tea lattes in the morning, but I am trying to be vegan for ethical reasons, and so I usually eat oatmeal or green smoothie in the morning.
