Medi-Studies info for Vegetarians and Vegans

I am not vegetarian but I do enjoy eating less meat. I would like some suggestions on hearty main course (dinner) dishes. I like tofu and Indian dishes like tofu makhani, but I need some new ideas! No pasta also, fiancé doesn’t like pasta :S

Since you already know Indian food, this site is amazing. Manjula is a real Indian amma making food in her kitchen. Not all of them are Indian, but they ARE all authentic food you’d get in India, including the westernized dishes a lot of Indian ammas make!

there are hundreds of beautiful dishes, they’re actually non animal at al, I guess you could put cow milk where they say soy or rice milk, but I see little point changing things that way. Take a look they have incredble recipes.

1) Veggie Pizza prepared by my daughter. She made the dough as well from scratch!

2) Vegetarian Pasta Dish.

Both Dishes have cheese products incorporated in them. The idea is to eat Vegetarian meals – I have consumed meatless dishes for most of the summer! Yea me! Next Tuesday I am beginning another journey! I cant wait to tell you all about it.
