Flash – Why Steve Jobs died.

Friday, January 20th, 2012

Steve Jobs doctor killed Steve.
Linda McCartney, (Beatles, 1941-1998) blood type O, vegetarian, died of breast cancer at age 56, exactly the same age as Steve Jobs, who was also blood type O.

There is something we can learn from the death of Jobs. Vegetarianism is for people who are suicidal. The only blood type that can live well as a vegetarian are blood type A’s. Linda’s doctor was Andy Weil, MD. He was responsible for her early death.

Jobs doctor was Dr. Dean Ornish, who kept Jobs on a vegetarian diet, when that was the worse possible diet for a blood type O with cancer.

The person most responsible for Jobs untimely death was Dean Ornish..

The majority of vegetarians die from cancer, about the same age.
There has never been a vegetarian who has lived to age 95, much less 100.

Becoming Vegetarian — You Are What You Eat.

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012

You’ve certainly heard the expression many times, “You are what you eat.” Have you ever really thought about what it means? And do you think about it when you’re making food choices?

In some ways, we do become what we eat, literally. Have you ever seen an example of your blood plasma after eating a fast food hamburger? What was previously a clear liquid becomes cloudy with the fat and cholesterol that’s absorbed from eating a high-fat hamburger.

And when you think about it, we also become what we don’t eat. When we switch from eating meat to a vegetarian-based diet, we become less fat, less prone to many types of cancers. Our cholesterol can improve. When we’re leaner and eating fewer animal products, then many other health and fitness issues are reduced.

The incidence of Type II diabetes is reduced. Blood pressure falls into normal ranges. When you’re healthier, you’re taking fewer medications. Even if you have a prescription drug benefit in your health plan, you’re still saving money with fewer co-payments on medications.

If you have a family history of high cholesterol or high blood pressure, then it’s particularly incumbent on you to revise your eating habits. Moving towards a more vegetarian diet has been shown statistically to reduce the incidence of so many of the diseases of industrialized countries. Vegetarians are statistically healthier than omnivorous persons; they’re leaner and live longer.

Isn’t it time to think about what you want to be and to eat accordingly? Do you want to be sluggish and fat? Do you want the risk that goes with eating animal products, with their high fat content? Or do you want to look like and be what vegetarians are? Leaner and fitter with a longer anticipated lifespan. It’s never too late to change what you’re doing and increase your chances for a longer, fitter life.

What types of food can vegetarians eat?

Monday, January 16th, 2012

So I’m just now beginning to be a vegetarian, I’m trying to eat more heathly, so I would like to know things that vegetarians do & do not eat:)

Well, it all depends on the type of vegetarian you are :)

If you are a pescitarian (pescitarian are vegetarians that are allowed to eat fish), then you can eat any of the following and more!!!
-Veggies such as: Broccoli, Lettuce, Cabbage, Spinach, Califlower, Brussel Sprouts, Bean sprouts, any other veggies!
-Fruits such as: Strawberries, Oranges, Apples, Pears, Grapes, Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and all the rest!
-Carbs (without meat of course) such as: rice, noodles, bread, etc.
-Fish such as: Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Prawns, etc.
Anything else that comes to mind without meat!

But if you are a vegetarian (therefore eatting no meat or fish at all) then….
Basically everything that pescitarians eat but fish.

Hope I helped out!

Can someone name four types of vegetarians and the foods eaten by each thanks so much?

Wednesday, January 11th, 2012

Vegan: eats no animal products (also does not use them)
Ovo-lacto vegetarian: eats no slaughter products, but does eat eggs and dairy
Lacto-vegetarian: eats no slaughter products or eggs, but does eat dairy
Ovo-vegetarian: eats no slaughter products or dairy, but does eat eggs

There are a few sub-types of vegan out there, including fruitarian (who avoid eating foods that require killing plants) and raw (who do not eat foods that were heated above a certain temperature).

Occasionally, you’ll see meat-limiting diets lumped in with vegetarianism. This is fairly common, but not accurate. If a diet includes any type of animal flesh, it’s not vegetarian.
